As one of the focal points and serving as a hub in the Enchanted Forest, the Fountain was built in the center of Dream Street. The simple pool structure was one of the park's many claims to fame as the "world's largest" featuring the world's tallest water jet.
The walls of the Fountain's pool were simple concrete and originally clad in a stucco coating with small pebbles. The Fountain was originally very shallow and featured low walls.
