The Tower of Pizza was one of several smaller food stands built within the Enchanted Forest in 1974 for the park's grand opening. Tower of Pizza was a simple wooden box structure situated between the canopy of trees in the park.	The building was finished with an elaborate decorative trim designed to match the neighboring Bandstand building's trim details. The restaurant opened with the rest of the park on July 1st, 1974.
