Fright Fest 2013 saw the relocation of The Manor walk-thru from its original location in the Golden Kingdom to the simulator theater building in the Boardwalk area.  It was joined by a new blackout maze, Total Darkness, which had small groups of guests find their way through a pitch black haunted maze joined only by holding onto a short white rope. In addition, the Lakefront transformed into the Straw-Man Stalkers corn maze populated by killer scarecrows. During the daylight hours the maze served as a kid-friendly Monster Maze less the blood-thirsty scarecrows.
