Advertising has been a big component of the success of theme parks and while many have created memorable commercials, Great Adventure went one step further creating a theme song. The theme song commissioned was "The Greatest Day In Your Life" and told about all the wonders waiting to be seen at Great Adventure. The song was used in its long form for a 90 second commercial for the 1975 season.
Steve Karmen - The Jingle Man
		Steve Karmen was the composer/lyricist of "The Greatest Day In Your Life" along with dozens of other memorable commercial jingles that became part of our pop culture in the 60's, 70's and 80's like "I Love New York", "Sooner or Later You'll Own Generals (Tires)", "Me and My RC (Cola)", "(Hershey's) The Great American Chocolate Bar", and "Here Comes The King/When You've Said Bud You've Said It All (Budweiser)".
