ALPHABET GARDEN

In addition to providing a beautiful backdrop to the Safari Exploration Station, the landscapers added a wonderful Alphabet Garden that was both visually appealing and educational.  Situated along a long narrow strip of land paralleling the parking lot fence was planted an assortment of small bushes, plants, flowers, and herbs each with a name representing a letter of the alphabet.  From A to Z, twenty six varieties of plants were cleverly placed in a row showcasing in an innovative way the possibilities and benefits of working in a garden.
