& Events: Celebrating the Winter Olympics of 1984, The park
installed the Sarajevo Bobsled (named for the host city, Sarajevo
Yugoslavia), an INTAMIN Bobsled coaster. Also new to the park
this season was Shirt Tales Land, an update to the Kiddie Kingdom
featuring the Shirt Tales cartoon characters. The section
featured (then) state of the art play structures like net climbs and ball
crawls. Also featured in the park that season were costumed
characters of Pac Man and Ms. Pac Man. |
