For 2012 the Haunted Wagon Tales hayride was back with a modified narration.  For 2012, the ever popular Dead Man's Party show was relocated from its original spot at the base of the Big Wheel to Movie Town. This move helped the flow of guests traffic through the middle of the park. This also made the A-WAKEning procession much more efficient since it ended at the stage and the wagons were right back to the gate where they started rather than having to continue through the park after the show.  The last weekend of Fright Fest 2012 took on an eerie feeling provide by Mother Nature as the northeast anticipated the arrival of Superstorm Sandy.  Winds began to pick up and skies darkened providing the ultimate foreboding effect.
